This A-MA-ZING space above is the office of Free People which Garance shot last April. I can't begin to list all the things I love about this place. They have a library, a gym, you can bring your dog and I'm pretty sure they sell gluten-free, yeast free stuff and lots of healthy things at the restaurant.
Before launching BODIE and FOU, I worked in numerous creative environments, first in advertising in Paris, then Universal Pictures Int'l and then Universal Music Int'l in London where we had some pretty cool offices but the best ones were the offices of Universal Music in Berlin...such an amazing building. If you live in Berlin, try to go and see it, it's by the water and it has a cool terrace to soak up the sun during Summer time.
It is a shame so many companies persist to have offices with cubicles.
I would love to design inspiring offices for some companies.
It makes such a difference to the staff to have an office fit out that reflects that type of creativity and inspiration.
What the style of your offices in the company you work for?
Entre Antropologie, Urban Outfitters, Etsy, les americains ont vraiment le truc pour créer des bureaux 'corporate' qui ont l'air incroyablement créatifs, inspirants et personnels.
Ces bureaux GE-NIAUX sont les bureaux de Free People que Garance a photographié en Avril dernier. La liste est méga longue pour lister tous les détails que j'aime dans cet endroit. Il y a une librairie, une gym, on peut amener son chien et je suis sure qu'ils ont plein de trucs sans gluten dans leur resto.
Avant de lancer BODIE and FOU, j'ai eu la chance de travailler que dans des boites créatives, d'abord en agence de pub à Paris et ensuite chez Universal Pictures Int'l et Universal Music Int'l à Londres ou déjà on avait des bureaux biens sympas bien que les mieux étaient ceux de Universal Music à Berlin...un building génial. Si vous habitez à Berlin, essayez d'y aller, c'est prés de l'eau et il y a une terrace pour bronzer pendant l'été.
Je ne comprend toujours pas pourquoi certaines sociétés s'entêtent à avoir des bureaux avec des partitions (c'est moche) et c'est quand même beaucoup mieux pour le moral des troupes de travailler dans un espace qui ressemble au petit bureau mimi et créatif qu'on se fait à la maison.
