Kate Moss, Corinne Day and healthy food




























































We are what we eat...

This picture of Kate taken by Corinne Day is one of my favourite photos but rather than talking about Kate, I wanted to mention the few books that enabled Corinne Day to extend her life through alternative treatments and good nutrition after she was diagnosed with a brain tumor.
I do believe food has an enormous impact on our emotional and physical well-being. 
I don't know about you but I have notices major differences in my energy level when I eat healthily Vs when I give in to junk food and this year, I'm determined to eat better and make healthy changes until they become positive habits so here are three books that you may find interesting
